On 1st July 2014, Bruno de Wilde from OWS will present project BIOCLEAN at the one day conference Mikroplastik, in Cologne (Germany).

The EU funded project BIOCLEAN aims at deepening the scientific understanding on the biodegradation of plastics materials in natural environments (e.g. marine litter) and waste disposing facilities and exploring the feasibility of biotechnological solutions for the effective and sustainable disposal of plastic waste.

Mr. De Wilde will provide an insight into the recent results of this project.
